1. Fluororesin FH23A
Packaging: PE bags, stored in cardboard boxes.
Applications: can be used as membrane, anti-corrosion coating, and filler for F23 fluorine rubber; can also be applied to all kinds of metal, fabric and high-strength material for protecting against corrosion.
Characteristics: good tensile strength and electrical insulating properties, resistant to low temperature , soluble in low-molecular-weight ketone or ester; its most prominent feature is resistance to chemical deterioration; also is tolerant to strongly corrosive medium in a wide temperature range (below 100 C), such as 98 percent nitric acid, fuming nitric acid; has good transparency, aging resistance, and incombustibility, as well as low hydroscopicity; highly adhesive to metal, wood, ceramic and paper.
2. Fluororesin Fh23B
Packaging: PE bags, in cardboard boxes.
Applications: Electrical insulation, optically transparent material, anti-corrosion material.
Characteristics: good corrosion and solvent resistance, optical transparency, and electrical insulation properties; excellent infrared transmitting material; can be used in higher temperature range (150~170 C), in mold pressing or extrusion molding; can be used according to the zero strength temperature.
3. F46 Resin
Packaging: PE bags, in cardboard boxes.
Applications: can be used for electronic and wire insulation, soft circuit boards, coaxial cable insulation, chemical pumps, anti-corrosion liner of valves, Instrument diaphragms, or heat exchanger.
Characteristics: has nearly the same mechanical and electrical-insulating properties, chemical stability, lubricity, aging resistance and incombustibility as PTFE, with less viscosity; is thermoplastic, and general methods can be applied, such as thermo-pressing, extrusion and injection molding; because of weak surface tension, it is adhesive to metals in a molten state and has a better tolerance to low temperatures than PTFE, but a 50 C lower general operating temperature (205 C)
