1. Methyl silicone oil

Application: used as electrical insulation, lubricant, shock- and moisture-proof, defoamation, ejection, damping, heat carrier and hydraulic oil; also as additive to plastics processing to improve the mold release property and wear resistance.
Characteristics: transparent, odorless, non-toxic oily liquid; high flash point, low solidifying point, good heat stability and resistance to high and low temperatures; can be used over a long period of time within a temperature range of －50C to 180 C (in air isolation or inert atmosphere, long-term working temperature can reach 200 C); weak surface tension, high shrinkage, good anti-shear properties, small viscosity-temperature coefficient, good lubricating performance, excellent resistance to oxidization and ozone; also excellent electrical insulation; dielectric properties change little with temperature and frequency, small dielectric loss; resistant to arc and corona, non-flammable, hydrophobic, moisture-proof, and excellent physiological inert.
2. Silicone grease 295-3D
Packaging: drum
Application: widely used as filter for semiconductor crystal liquid, electrical insulation for electrical instruments, lubricant under high and low temperatures, pollution flashover for insulator; is rust- and corrosion-proof for electrical contact and damping; shock-proof for many facilities; can also be used as mold release agent and defoaming agent.
Characteristics: a type of semitranslucent, odorless, non-toxic, non-corrosive resinoid made of methyl silicone oil and fumed silica by mechanical mixing; has excellent electrical insulating properties, is resistant to low temperatures and oxidization, good chemical stability and lubricity, high flash point, low solidifying point, low vapor pressure; can be used over a long period of time within a temperature range of －50C to 180 C; can be used for moisture-proofing, defoamation, ejection, and damping; will not disperse with long-term use.
3. 201 methyl silicone oil
Packaging: plastic or galvanized drum.
Application: used widely for electrical insulation, as a lubricant, for shock- and moisture-proofing, defoamation, ejection, damping, as a heat carrier, and hydraulic oil; also as additive to paint and glazing agent and as additive to plastics processing to improve mold release properties and wear resistance; also as a component of cosmetics and drugs.

4. Silicone grease 296-2
Packaging: galvanized iron drum, with plastic liner (1 kg, 2 kg, 6 kg)
Applications: Can be used as lubricant for shaping machines, hot melt machines, and stretching machines in dyeing industry.
Characteristics: made of lithium soap thickening methyl phenyl silicone; resistance to high temperatures and oxidization, small viscosity-temperature coefficient, good lubricating performance; not easily decomposed by oil; long lifetime, with good chemical stability; non-corrosive and can be used over a long time below 220 C.
5. DRZ-1 thermal grease
Packaging: galvanized iron drum, with plastic liner (1 kg, 2 kg, 6 kg)
Applications: mainly used as heat transfer medium for electronic components, such as giant transistors (plastic pipe), interface of diode and base material (aluminum, copper board); insulation for commutator and electricity.
Characteristics: silicone grease cannot coexist with strong acid or alkali; when heated, even a trace of acid or alkali will lead to the gelation of silicone grease; lead, selenium, and tellurium enhance gelation; contact with such substances should be avoided and direct contact with lead or tin is to be avoided; to keep silicone grease characteristics, contamination should be prevented in storage and use; before surface treatment of instruments with this grease, make sure the surface is spotless.
6. Moisture-proof insulation grease JYZ-86
Packaging: galvanized iron drum, with plastic liner, 4 kg bottle
Applications: can be used for insulating, lubricating, moisture-proofing, sealing and as a protective coat; applied under ejection or damping situation.
7. Phenylmethyl silicone oil
Type: 250-30 255-150A 255-150B 255-80
Packaging: galvanized iron drum (200 kg) or plastic drum (20 kg).
Transportation: transported and stored as non-dangerous goods; avoid sun and rain exposure.
Applications: used for insulation, lubricant, for damping; shock-, moisture-, and dust-proof; high-temperature hydraulic oil and heat carrier (250-30 is mainly used as immersion oil for electrical capacity); can improve single capacity 4-5 times over similar types, with large temperature range, safer, more reliable, good gassing properties and excellent dielectric properties; an excellent impregnant, and can be used as extender oil for transformers and signal transmission medium for all types of pressure transmitters.
Characteristics: achromatic or light yellow transparent liquid; same as methyl silicone oil, with excellent electrical insulating properties, resistance to ozone and corona, and moisture-resistant hydrophobic properties; small viscosity-temperature coefficient and surface tension, good shear resistance and large compression; because of the phenyl in the molecules , it is better than methyl silicone oil in resistance to high temperatures and radiation, and in lubricating performance and solubility; also has absorbency of UV rays, with a temperature range of -50 ~+250 C.
8. Ultra high vacuum diffusion pump oil
Type: 275、274A、274T
Packaging: plastic drum (5 kg, 25 kg, 200 kg)
Application: used in electrical and electronic industries for manufacturing vacuum system with plating metal film for TV picture tubes, fluorescent tubes, cathode-ray tubes, light bulbs, capacitor and rectifier.
Metallurgy: used for vacuum system of ultrapure silicon production equipment, vacuum smelting plants, vacuum sintering plants, and metal degassing device.
Optics: used for vacuum system for surface treatment of optical lenses, and vacuum coating of optical mirrors.
Plastics: for metallization, manufacturing of protective coating and reflective coating of plastic products.
Other: for particle accelerators, molecular distillation devices, reactors and mass spectrographs; in space flight simulation.as high-temperature heat carrier and transmission fluid for all kinds of facilities and instruments.
Characteristics: these are siloxane oligomers with methyl and phenyl, with low saturated vapor pressure and high vacuum degree; vapor pressure changes extremely with temperature; good oxidation resistance, thermal and chemical stability; very suitable for high-vacuum diffusion pumps; product selection is based on vacuum degree, pumping speed and pump.
9. Hydroxy silicone oil

Packaging: plastic drum (5 kg, 25 kg, 200 kg)
Applications: used as structure controlling agent for silicone rubber; can simplify the processing of silicone rubber and improve processability and transparency of the product; can also be applied to anti-adhesive treatment of paper.
Characteristics: has the excellent properties of methyl silicone oil and brings special properties to hydroxy oil; GY209-3 has low viscosity and high hydroxy content.
10. Water soluble silicone oil

Packaging: plastic drum (5 kg, 25 kg, 200 kg)
Application: cosmetic additive for shampoo, conditioner, mousse, hair spray, creams, shaving spray, and perfume; also as textile finishing agent; can be applied to fiber fabric, natural fabric, protein fiber fabric, and fabric blend to make fabric soft, hydrophilic, antistatic and shrink-proof; can also be applied to silk yarn and sewing thread to make them glossy and lubricant and give them better sewing properties.
Characteristics: achromatic or light yellow, transparent, oily substance, non-toxic; miscible with water at any ratio; hydrolysis resistant, good stability; low surface energy; likely to be dispersed in film; high surface activity and flexibility; good wetability, lubricity, and antistatic; shows foaming properties above cloud point and defoaming properties below cloud point.
11. Hydrosilicone oil

Applications: waterproofing agent and softener for natural and synthetic fabrics; waterproofing and anti-adhesive agent for paper, and softener for glass fiber.
