Job description:
I. Prospective employees first need to pass a medical examination. The initial contract is good for five years, one year of that for probation.
II. Employees get the following benefits:
Salary (negotiable)
State regulations state that pensions, health care, unemployment benefits, work injury benefits, maternity insurance, and housing funds are paid into.
There is a one-time settling-in allowance and a 72-square-meter fully-furnished science and technology apartment provided.
When the year probation period passes, employee can qualify for a technology worker's salary after passing an assessment. R&D staff can qualify for scientific research commissions.
